Sooo sometimes I have a sweet tooth with my pregnancy, it’s my first.
I gained about 18 pounds after my pregnancy at 20 weeks. I only gained in my stomach and boobs.

Healthy overall, I eat well, but I feel guilty sometimes when I eat candy and chocolate and junk, even though I crave them. Lately it’s been more than usual.
In 2 weeks I have my one hour glucose test.
I highly doubt I have gestational diabetes, but I know increasing your sugar intake during pregnancy increases your risk and can harm the baby ? Ahhhh idk. Is it true ?
