Scared to get baby boy circumcised 😩

I just feel so bad. It’ll be his first day of life & I just feel bad putting him through that so soon?? Can I wait a day? I really don’t know much about it. I’ve heard some horror stories (on both ends) also but the majority of people I talk to have had an easy experience with it.

Edit: to those asking why do it, I haven’t decided yet. I’ve been doing research on it, as my partner is very adamant on having it done so I told him I would look into it more. I think I just wanted advice or experience from other moms on the matter also. Thank so much for the replies and advice ladies!
