10 DPO and feeling super frustrated

So, I'm about 10 DPO, been having sore nipples like crazy, definitely moody and today just started feeling nauseous. I've been taking tests since 8 dpo and everything keeps coming back negative without even the faintest line. I'm starting to feel a little frustrated, but I know there's still plenty of time to get that bfp right? My husband and I have been trying since August and I know that's not a long time compared to others, but we also got pregnant on the first try with our first so I guess I was hoping it would have been sooner. I also lost of right ovary early last year so I'm wondering if that's been an issue with trying to conceive although my doctor said it shouldn't be an issue. I'm just overall so frustrated!
