Need advice ASAP should i be worried

Long story short with my first child I had a bleed in between the baby and uterus and now he one and I’m pregnant with my second child and continue to breastfeed I know it can cause high chance of miscarriage. So should I be worried about these test they seem fianter then the one I had with my first child . The first pic is the when I got pregnant with my first child . The second pic is a pregnant text I took this Sunday and said it was negative . Then I took one Wednesday and came with a faint positive (clear blue) then I took two again Thursday( first reponse). Should I be worried of it meaning losing the baby or if it because I’m early pregnant or not pregnant at all . Any advice would really help my anxiety.
