Baby’s belly measuring small

Hi,

I’m 34 weeks and just got back from a growth scan (ordered because I was measuring a bit small) and the ultrasound tech told me that baby’s overall growth was good but his belly is measuring small. She said I’d be getting a call from my midwife to discuss and schedule a follow up ultrasound and non-stress test.

Anyone have any experience with this? I’ve never heard of a baby’s belly measuring small. Obviously I’ll be discussing it with my midwife but I’m anxious until then.

Even if you don’t have experience with this, does anyone have any suggested questions I ask?
