Husband always has an excuse not to have sex

So I’ve been having a lot of problems due to sex I give head everyday and while I do it he watches porn and he’s very happy but once I say I want to have sex he says nope not going to happen I know I don’t look like what I used to look like before and maybe that’s why it really hits me hard because me as a women wife mother of our 2 baby girls I want to feel wanted by my husband idk what to do? What do you guys think about this situation how would you guys handle it?.
