how to clear back/butt/leg acne and scars?!

i am so desperate. i wash, exfoliate and moisturize my body every day. and yes i wash AFTER conditioner is rinsed out. i’m really cautious because i’ve had this problem for years. i get tiny bumps all over my butt and thighs mostly now, my back is a lot better than it used to be but shoulder area is bad still. 
is there a certain exfoliating cloth, soap, product that will clear this?! a good lotion?? especially for treating all of the scars. i would literally do anything to have completely clear body skin because this is so ridiculous at this point. 
is there a miracle product that saved your body acne? and what is causing this STILL?

You could try manual lymph drainage. My professor told me a story about a woman who had burn marks on a lot of her body that were almost completely healed because she did like a year of MLD. You should check it out

I'm not sure but for sure what you eat and what you apply to your skin will affect you. Try to eat clean unprocessed foods and use green products without harmful chemicals. Theres so much around us that is toxic and it builds up and manifests itself in many different ways.

Issues like this are hormonal and very rarely will you get a "cure" with a topical cleaning agent or cream. You can always see a dermatologist tonsee what they recommend though
