Plz help 🙏🙏 need ur precious advice

I have a unicornuate uterus . Last year I had 3 consucative failed IUI. N now moving to IVF. Bt it is so difficult for us to choose the ivf center. At one center doc advised that they will transfer only single embryo of day 5. And the other one said that they will transfer two at a time so that chances are a bit higher .

Bt my confusion is what if both got implanted. I m medically not able to carry twins.

And if I choose the first one chances are less if the single embryo failed to implant.

I can do only one round of ivf bcoz of monetary issues so I want to choose the second ivf center.

My question is after getting pregnant if there is any method that could be done so that one healthy embryo can be saved and doc can terminate the second one😒😭.

Plz help me I have to make my decision within 5 days as the Af is about to begin.
