12 weeks and still bloated

I’m 12 weeks and I’m still so bloated!! I honestly look 30 weeks pregnant. I’m still getting cramps, some days they’re worse than others. Some days I don’t feel pregnant just FAT and I’m just anxious to see if everything is ok?! 1st scan is on Monday.

Is anyone else still experiencing cramps and bloating?
