Back in the swing of it

Sooo I will be having my first period in about 10 years and it is a little intimidating..... What has changed as far as technology of pads tampons, and drugs to keep you from liking your ........ Mind, and cramps and well iud you are making my feel half my age....I have had a mirena twice so nope no period but come March we are ttc soooo.. A couple months of "detox"
