This is my fav name and I loved it because I didn’t think it was super common but then I saw it was #2 on nameberry right now and I’m bummed!!

Nameberry counts page clicks, which is always very very very different from statistics on names legally given to actual human babies. They even have whole articles on Nameberry about how different their page clicks rankings are from US social security statistics on named babies. 
Look up your country’s baby name statistics to find out whether Eloise is popular, and ignore website rankings. Nameberry articles and forums are wonderful and fun! But their rankings mislead so many people.

I love it! I wouldn’t trust Nameberry as others have said above. 
I do think it will get more popular due to Eloise being a main character on Bridgerton, but I doubt it will ever become #2 or top 10.

I’ve taught hundreds, if not thousands of kids over the years. I’ve only taught one Eloise. But I have taught a lot of Ellas and Ellies. They could’ve also been nicknames for Eloise. I like the name though!

My 5 year old is Eloise! It was avant garde when we named her and we always get compliments :) I get nervous when I see it as a name contender on here because I hope it stays rather unusual! Haha! But we love it and think it’s beautiful and so far still uncommon.
