Nipple Pain when Erect
Ok the nipple pain when nipple erects it’s just painful. It goes away after a bit but what can I do to help it? I use nipple cream here and there but not after every feeding for the twins.
I have checked their latch and for the most part they latch really well (few off ones here and there)
