First Birthday

I know we have a little time but has anyone thought about what they are doing for their LO 1st Birthday?

This is my first baby and he'll be 1 on June 8th. I keep getting anxious at the thought of his birthday because I'm clueless as to what to do. The only family we have here is my mom and step-dad. I literally have no friends so I feel a little down at the thought of his birthday being little to nothing. I was really sad we had to cancel our baby shower and was hoping to be able to have an awesome first birthday but that looks like it might be out too.
