It takes hours...

For me to feel like a normal human being everyday. I’m beyond exhausted from sleeping like crap, feels like I do sit ups all night, and waking up 3-4 times a night to pee. I’m nauseous and vomiting in the mornings. I’m not drinking coffee cause it just doesn’t taste right or sit right. I switched to hot tea which helps some cause of the caffeine. And then tea during the day which also helps. I’m hungry but when I eat in the morning it just comes right back up. When I finally eat, I feel like I’m eating a ton compared to before pregnancy (I was only eating 2 meals and about 2-3 snacks a day), but still don’t feel like I’m eating enough to keep my energy up. This is my second but I don’t remember it being this bad with my first or maybe I could just relax more because I didn’t have to also take care of a 4 year old. I don’t know but it’s been a struggle and I’m dragging ass on work days and can’t seem to get things done that I’d usually do on the weekends. Any tips?
