Okay sooo don’t come for me or call me stupid because I’m just so worried I’m going to do something wrong! 
I’m only 4w0d today & I don’t have my first OB appointment until 2/22 so I have no knowledge as to whether I’m on pelvic rest or anything. 
I Masturbated this morning using only clitoral stimulation with my fingers. That’s okay right? I just don’t want to do anything that would harm my pregnancy.

I have a cervix that’s on the short side. Because of this I take progestrone when pregnant. Look it up. If you don’t have this condition there may be other conditions ypu could have that your OB might say, probably not a good idea to be sexual active. However, most women are perfectly fine to be sexually active when pregnant. First trimester especially, youre hornier than ever. I know I am right now. Even with my short cervix I’ve given in a few times. You’re only human. It’s early days. I think it’s more of a risk later on as the weight pushes your cervix down and things like orgasm expand and contract it. Don’t worry! I’m just making you aware hat in certain circumstances itsnot necessarily recommended, twins also being another yellow light. if you haven’t been diagnosed with a complicated pregnancy I’m 99% you’re fine. It’s hard not to. But if you’re scared about another miscarriage keeps it to a minimum if it’s gonna eat at ya. But don’t worry about what already happened. Stress is no good for baby either.
