Help me relax

Since yesterday, every time I wipe I still see the pinkish color on the tissue. This is my first pregnancy so I’m kinda scared. Is that normal? I’m currently 5 weeks & 4 days. I just need someone to tell me I’m okay 😂😩 help me relax
