Red spotting 6 weeks pregnant

I had this when I wipe once then brownish on my pad! I’m so worried - did you guys experience this ? My first scan isn’t for another 5 weeks.

Update I had this brown spotting only when I sipped this am! Can it be MC? I’m scared
