Thoughts on siblings bedrooms

I need help deciding on what I should do. Here's the dilemma..

I have a 14 year old boy

9 year old boy

Almost 5 year old girl

I have a small bungalo 4 bedrooms 2 down and 2 up

Daughter and I have our rooms down and boys are up

When baby gets here I will have him with me for a while but I'm stuck on what to do when he needs a room

What should I do? I was thinking of maybe having 2 older boys share a room and send daughter up with them with her own room and have baby have her old room but idk!! I need ideas!!
