Ok guys i need help TMI

Clearly the hospital i went to sucks . I am 9 weeks today woke up with really bad cramps and ALOT of clots which i had to push out while i was peeing. This is obvs a miscarriage right ? I have a 10 month old son who was a successful 1st time pregnancy . This would be my second I’ve never had anything like this i went to the doctors and they said they couldn’t see nothing on the ultrasound “ prob because I’m early on “ last period was Dec 13 which puts me at 9 weeks today. They just told me to come in Monday and do a HCG count to see if it “ went down “ . ( it was in the 8,000’s when i was in the hospital) thoughts ?!
