BFP but don’t know how I got it!!

So I got my period February 1st. It last about 3-4.. it slowed down the started again and then one day I woke up with just brown blood and now still one the 14th there’s still brown blood.. last night I took a sip of alcohol and ran to the bathroom.. I knew something wasn’t right.. so this morning I take a test and get this!!!! Could I have had a really heavy implantation bleeding?! I’m so overjoyed but so confused because I have nothing to gauge off of how far along I could be!
