Answers please!!

I am jumping for Joy! Doctor started me on fremara and on CD 12 I did an ultrasound and the doctor told me the medicine didn’t work. He told me we would try again next month. After having a lot of ovulation symptoms, I decided to take an ovulation test for the hell of it. Well, I’m on CD 21, and got my first positive ovulation test (in over a year) yesterday!!!! 😭 when I called, he said “you must have ovulated late, make sure to Baby dance!” So, now my question is, once your LH begins to decrease, does that mean ovulation is over?
