I work in retail and have work over 100hrs in the past two week with only 2 days off. I come home to a house of 4 so chores don't stop and although dad helps there's always more to do. my boss called me yesterday trying to scold me because I wasn't at the store at the time my supervisor told me to be there, I explained to him everything that was going on and he tells me my supervisor seen a message on coworkers phone about how "we shouldn't asked my supervisor anymore for anything and we should just speak to him" and how she was offended and wanted to call for a meeting so I told him I gladly will. I'm a manager and I'm required 45hrs a week, my supervisor moved me to a store 30mins away from my house so I could help her restaff the store and I had no issues but the minute boss man told me he wanted to give me supervisor position she melted and swore back and forth I wanted to take her position even though we are in different markets. my supervisor smokes pot's while on the job, she eats gummy to keep herself level minded when she can't smoke and also feels like she just needs to supervisor what's we're doing but doesn't want to help. now those are the petty things she does the bigger problems are that I left go of an employee for sexual harassment and she allowed the ex employee to return back to the store several times and has allowed him to reach out to my other employees looking for me. I've explained to her how unsafe I feel and she told me she doesn't remember allowing him in the store like we don't have cameras. we also had an incident with a customer yesterday who became aggressive I asked him to leave the store, she then asked him to leave the store, he refused and told her he was going to hit her called her all the names and the book and she responded with hit me hit me several times. when he went to hit her I jumped in the middle and we barricaded him towards the door we get him out and when I pulled the door to lock it he pulled it back, and pushed the window twice almost breaking it and started kicked so I pepper sprayed him all while herself and the other employees watched. he then kicks the door on my hand breaking my figure. now everything falls under self defense if she tells them I responded in her defense but she told my boss I did all that on my own. I now have a meeting with my boss tomorrow and possibly losing my job for trying to defend her.
