Smelly dick

I started seeing this guy and I went around to his yesterday. We were making out and then it eventually led to us taking our clothes off. As soon as he took his shorts off, I could smell his dick. It smelt fishy, is that normal or no? It was quite a strong odour too. He also didn’t want me to give him a hj or bj but instead proceeded to finger me.
