TTC feels like forever

I had a miscarriage in September which was my first pregnancy. My fiancé& I weren’t trying at the time but since our miscarriage we have been TTC. We’ve been together over 5 years & are engaged so this is something we really both want. We’ve been trying since October & I feel like I’m really struggling.. we got pregnant so easily the first time and now it seems so difficult...anyone else going through the same thing?
