Do they have to be painful? I've been struggling with constipation, and when I go sometimes I have blood, but it's only when I struggle. Sometimes I feel an unpleasant pain in my bum, but nothing that I can't handle. Like a stinging pain that hits randomly. I've heard hemorrhoids are really painful, so I don't know if I have one? I know for sure the blood isn't from my vagina, so I know baby is okay. 21 weeks along.
