Sex drive advice

So my boyfriend and I do not do it very often like 2 months kind of often bc I never want to and it not that’s it’s not good or anything bc it is !! It’s just I never feel like it , I’m never in the mood , and just don’t care for it and idk if my birth control I’ve been on it for 3 years now but I feel it has a part in it and just drove my sex drive down and I feel bad bc every time he ask I’m like not I don’t want to or I don’t feel like it he don’t get mad he’s just like ok how about this day and I say maybe and it never happens , anyone have advice or to help ?
