ovulated twice? help!

so last week I had tested according to my app of when I should ovulate. i did a ovulation test from clearblue and it gave me that smiley face saying im at peak. So my husband and I BD just that one evening because we both worked the next few days and were just dead.

Well today, i had gone to the bathroom and noticed my discharge was egg white and stretchy. (mind you i have been battling BV and YI for a year now and have not had NORMAL discharge) I knew that meant I was ovulating so I grabbed the test and did it and I got the same smiley face!

I have used this test prior and they don’t always give that face, it will mainly be that open circle.

So my question is, have any of all ovulated twice in a cycle? Is it really an egg being released or something else?

If this is my second chance to get pregnant this month I will be ecstatic! I miscarried a year ago on February 29th, so I don’t know how I’d handle myself if I was actually pregnant this month, So send that baby dust my way!
