Belly button sharp pain

i am 28 weeks and 5 days today

i have been having constant pain just right next to my belly button for the past few days. sometimes it subsides a little and sometimes its quite sharp. also when i lay on my side it hurts and hurts a lot while moving too. i am so concerned has anybody had that. should i be worried. i have an ultrasound tomorrow. .i dont see any bump or lump. also baby isnt moving like it should very little movenents. but i do feel him after a few hours
