Tubal reversal successful pregnancy!

Hello all!

I am 35 TTC. I had a tubal reversal last February. We recently decided to start trying. Just wondering if anyone in here has gotten pregnant! Was it hard? How long did it take? I took a test today that came out negative then the evaporation line showed positive and it just sucks:( need some hope!
