Positive pregnancy test

Ok ladies. Last night I found out I’m pregnant again! My little one just turned a year old last month and I’m PANICKING! We’ve always wanted another child just not this soon! Any other mamas experience this unexpected whirlwind of emotions? Mom guilt for my little one, financial fear, overall family dynamic fear, going through pregnancy again after feeling like you were literally JUST pregnant? Any insight would help!
