IUI/Clomid cycle canceled due to too many follicles

I'm on my third round of clomid. These last two were at 100mg. Last month, I had one perfect follicle at 18m, and did not conceive. Doctor said she wanted to do the same again.. however, when I went in for my scan, I had 4 follicles ranging from 18-22m. So, they canceled my iui and told us to abstain for a few days due to risk of multiples. I've always wanted twins and Part of me wants to risk it because what is the real chance I'll get pregnant with 4+ after being so infertile. but more than 3 could be unhealthy. What would you guys do?
