Question

Hello! I've just had an ultrasound and they say I am 5w2d. I did some research and I think it looks more advanced than that. I actually thought I was 6w4d. I could see the little heart beating, but I could not hear it yet. What do you think? Thank you!

This was mine at 5w4d. I could see the heartbeat but not hear it. Very similar to yours.  When I was 6 weeks I was able to hear the heartbeat with my first.

I’m sorry if this sounds harsh but it’s best to trust the medical professionals. Their research and the “research” we would do at home is very very different. You’ll stress yourself out if you keep over analysing everything. I had a miscarriage last month and am pregnant again so I completely get your anxiety! Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months xx

I think everyone is different. I had my scan yesterday at 5w 5d with confirmed ovulation and we could only see a gestational sac.
