What is going on with my periods?!

Pretty sure I had what was another chemical pregnancy 3 days ago. Hcg was 0 at hospital but said something in my blood made them positive? Wtf.

My periods are usually 7 days long.

And I only bled bad for 2 days. And now my cycle is hardly there. What is going on?
