Symptoms?

I don’t know what’s going on with me. My boobs HURTTTTTT!!!! But pregnancy tests are negative and ovulation tests are being weird (not progressing or shows a line and then later the line is barely there). I’ve had spotting for almost a week, cramps which both I rarely ever get. My cycle is a bit messed up since I had my iud removed 6 months ago. Maybe this is my body correcting itself and my hormones are just being crazy? I’m also extremely tired and hurt all over but I also gave fibromyalgia and I have a 14 month old so I’m already tired. I crashed hard today once his grandma picked him up for a few hours.

Glow predicted that I’m in my ovulation window right though the tests are negative. I get pain during ovulation and this happened last week (I wasn’t testing then).
