Is it selfish

So I want to invite my dad to my wedding when covid is over, but he said no because he can’t walk me down the aisle.

I chose my brothers to walk me down. My dad hasn’t been present since the divorce between him and my mom when I was in sixth grade.

Of course there are some people in my family who think I should include my dad. I don’t feel like I should have to. He can be a guest but I refuse to be fake just so he can tell his friends he walked his daughter down the aisle. A daughter he doesn’t really give a shit about. It’s only to make himself feel good.

Am I selfish for not letting my dad walk down the aisle?
