FTM, Advice ?

I have a short cervix but I stopped taking my vaginal progesterone because I’m allergic , today I was laying on my right side and started getting cramps. Got up to use the bathroom and felt this sharp pain shoot up my stomach. I laid back down, switched sides and felt better after a few minutes but for the past few weeks I’ve had quick dull sharp pains in my vagina, on and off , I can feel what I think is my babies head when I touch the outside of my vagina.

my doctors and the nurses tell me it’s just round ligament pain. I’m a first time mom and I honestly don’t know what I’m feeling , I had a lot of mucus come out the other day, thought it was my mucus plug , the nurse told me it was a side of effect of the progesterone. I’m 23 weeks pregnant
