Does anyone have Fibrocystics in their breast? If so how do you deal with them?

I have some extremely painful cyst in my breast. I’ve already been to the doctor all they did was check for breast cancer and sent me home. They didn’t tell me what I can do to ease the pain. It’s extremely uncomfortable pain. I can’t sleep a certain way. (On my Stomach and side) and if I close my arms to my breast it also hurts as well.

Like I said I’ve been to the doctors they referred me to a radiologist. They said everything looked normal and sent me home.

Taking pain killers don’t seem to work either. Any one know what I can do? I’m really desperate for help and it feels like they turned their back on me.
