Higher Soft Open Cervix with bleeding

Has anyone had any thing like this happen to them? I'm not sure what to think I have some cramping and light bleeding. I had taken a few test and all were negative. But haven't taken on for like 4 days. I was thinking it was AF was here so I started using my menstrual cup. it is painful to use my cup and I've never had that problem in the years I've used it. But I have only ever had the normal low firm cervix. Should I be worried? Should I call a doctor? Is it fine? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
