Wrong gender???

Question

I know these things are less likely to happen in today’s day and age but has anyone been told the wrong gender recently within the last year or so? If soo how did it happen? I’m just curious because I know a few people myself who thought they were having one gender and ended up having another lol

Happened to my brother and his wife. She went in for an ultrasound, but not a gender reveal one specifically, and the doctor mentioned "it looks like you're going to have a boy".... then next ultrasound, doc remembered what he said the first time and was like "uhh.... just so you know... I can tell now that you most definitely are having a girl".
Something along those lines...

It happened to me i was told that in my blood test i was having a boy. Then i went for my 20 week ultrasound and they saw it was a girl. I said cant be what about the blood test and they looked it up again and the blood test said female i was happy to have a girl but upset that they told me one thing and then another because then you stay wondering am i having a boy or girl so i made sure to ask in my ultrasounds can i see if its a girl and they show me it's a girl.

Haven’t heard of that happening at all besides like 20 years ago! And if it does happen I’m sure it’s with early testing but by the 20 week scan there should be no question! I think we are all afraid of that happening to us though! I think as afraid too but that’s like such an outdated thing!
