Terrible cramping 2ww

I’m having really bad stomach cramps and some vaginal discomfort during tww , like 8 dpo. Having back ache also which is new. Is this normal? seems way too early for me to be pmsing, I usually don’t get that til like 2 days before period. Right now I have 6 days til period.
