It really could be either or. When I got pregnant I had no idea, I thought I was getting my period because I was cramping the entire time until after I was supposed to get my period.

It really could be either but my pelvic area was sore from the get go, like after bd. But I’ve also been in my 2ww and had cramps and ended up with af. I wish there was a reliable way to find out results earlier 😂😩

It’s impossible to know for sure. The rise in hormones after ovulation can cause cramping.
