Why are these in my fiancé’s inbox?

These pop up in his inbox all the time. They’re from spam accounts and are sent to multiple people. I know he watches porn on the occasion he’s in the mood and I’m not, which is okay with me. These messages make me feel weird. The second picture is what the link takes you to. Should I be suspicious of this? Or what could be making them show up?

I get them all the time and I can honestly hand on heart say I do not want to fuck sexy singles in my area. They’re just sent by bots. Also don’t click links like that. You don’t know if they’re safe or if they’ll give your device a virus.
