Constipated? This is working for me
I’m a mom that was chronically constipated during my first pregnancy and I’m trying to get ahead of it this time without the meds. Been constipated for 2-3 days each during this past week. I was normal before this (would go every day at the same time)
So far, drinking a ton of water has NOT worked for me, just made me look 6 months pregnant, bloated and stopped up instead. Yesterday I had 120oz of water and was still plugged up like a hibernating bear.
What has worked: banana chai smoothie
1 ripe banana
Two tablespoons of chai seeds
Homemade LSA (blended flax, sesame seeds and almonds)
2 cups of almond milk
Tea spoon of cinnamon
Or if you can stomach it
This right here runs right through me
Mix prune juice and milk....(pictured)
