Heart rate
So, the other evening I was sitting at the kitchen table talking to my daughter and out of nowhere I felt a chest flutter. Not quite like palpitations but that made me check my heart rate on my fitbit. It had gone from 87 to 178 within minutes. Its never happened to me before and it got me a little worried. My resting heart rate is 75 and even with exercising it's not gone up that high. Is this normal?
