Meeting friend in the park

Hi, am I allowed to meet 1 friend in the park with our 1 year olds? I don’t think baby’s count do they?

Would you let them play together or even let your child on the swings etc? I am so anxious about my child going near others or touching things but in the face of getting some normality back I feel like I should let my child explore? I see so many other kids at the park and I am always restricting my baby 😫.
