3 year marriage and I have a confession

I was born female but have always dreamed about being male. My family has always been against anything relating that topic so I have always had the fear of mentioning how I truly felt. Now that I am older I feel like I really should transition.

Although I am married now and have a daughter, I don’t know how my spouse is going to take this news. Should I keep quiet about it and continue living life as female or should I just go for it? My biggest fear is loosing my spouse, I love him so much.
