Mini pill

I’ve been on the mini pill since August and had no issues with my period until recently... now this is going on 😬

It’s hard to get in to my OB right now, and the only doctor I can get in to is pressuring me to switch birth controls (my OB and other doctors that I normally see didn’t feel comfortable putting me on other birth control because of health concerns). Is this normal on the mini pill?? The doctor I was able to see for an infected cut said that it’s not normal, but my OB’s nurse said it wasn’t a concern when I talked to her...
