Slowly losing faith 😢

AF arrived today and like every month, I feel truly and utterly defeated.

We have been TTC baby #1 for 17 months now and this is the first cycle my partner actually showed his true emotion (yes he cried man tears! 😢) so of course it’s made me feel even worse because I feel his pain as we both want it so much, and seeing people around us starting a family is even more difficult to deal with.

Anybody who has fell pregnant before know what particularly helped them?

Need some words of wisdom right now 💛
