Lunch ideas?

Ok guys I feel really bad admitting this but I’ve been feeding my child lunches without even thinking of sodium intake. I had no clue how much sodium is in everything and I’m having major mom guilt 😔 give me ALL your lunch ideas please!!

I’m from Belgium we’re obsessed with bread so it’s usually bread with a mix of
Eggs
Avocado
Fresh soup
Some steamed veggies
Yoghurt
Jam
Berries
Raisins
....
I struggle with switching it up too, half the time she just has bread and avocado 🙈

My kitchen and entire first floor has been under
Construction for three months. Our meals are not the greatest tbh. For lunch she usually has a string cheese, blueberries and either a veggie forward pouch, happy baby protein and fiber bar, or crackers 🤷‍♀️

What kind of yogurts do you guys use? My girl refuses Greek yogurt.
For us we do lot of what was said here already, plus
Cottage cheese and peaches
Diced ham and shredded cheese
Tilapia fillets (frozen) and a veggie
Hummus and pita or veggie

We eat a lot of leftovers from dinner for lunch the next day, but if not these are some things I make most often.
Lunch always includes a large serving of fruit (my son practically lives off fruit, he's constantly going into the kitchen and asking for it for a snack).
Cheese quesadilla
Grilled cheese
Peanut butter and jelly on toast
Chicken nuggets or veggie nuggets
Oatmeal with fruit mixed in
Yogurt
Cheese and crackers
Scrambled eggs (sometimes with cheese and veggies mixed in and sometimes plain)
Bagel with cream cheese or butter
Macaroni and cheese (I normally mix in veggies)

We usually eat eggs for lunch. Today we had eggs, cauliflower riced, carrots and peas. Peanut butter sandwiches and regular sandwiches with some fruit sometimes. 
Leftovers from dinner also.
