Help, motivation, all of the above 🤞🏼

I’m 25 years old and I have no kids minus a pup lol and I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and get my ass to work out already.

Can anyone give me some tips on what I should eat? What exercises I should do?

I’m 4’11 and I weigh about 120-130 it’s been a while since I weighed myself. But around there.

I want to tone my legs and arms, lose fat, tone my booty and make it more perky, along with my breasts.

I eat breakfast almost everyday, lunch I make, and dinner is typically something light.

Please please please help me.

I have a juicer, blender, some dumbbells and a yoga mat. Anything else I need? Any videos y’all can recommend? Please and thank you! These were taken today for reference.
